Studio Comfort Single Room

The friendly and modern furnished apartment offers you a high level of comfort with plenty of daylight and moments of well-being. The apartment is ideal for a person who would like to have the peace and quiet for themselves.

Our Studio Comfort Single Room has a cozy living/sleeping area with an open kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The living/sleeping area has a flat-screen TV with cable connection, as well as seating on a designer chair at a dining table.

You can expect a fully equipped kitchen with some kitchen appliances, including a microwave, refrigerator (with a small freezer), kettle, sink and a stovetop (two burners) to make every meal enjoyable. You do not need to worry about crockery and kitchen utensils, these can also be found in the kitchen.

The comfortably furnished bathroom has a spacious shower, toilet and sink. There are towels and a hair dryer available at all times.

Each apartment has only one parking space available, free of charge depending on availability. Additional vehicles will be charged extra.

The parking lots are under video surveillance. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Check in: 4:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. Check out: 12:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Access to the property and apartment is possible 24/7 upon receipt of the access code upon successful booking.

Bookings made on the same day must be made by 9.30pm as an access code will be emailed to our staff.
